Robert and Nicole's place in St Augustine is absolutely stunning. The layout is perfect for two couples or a small family. The interior design, furniture and finishes are beautiful and cozy. We stayed over Halloween weekend and enjoyed walking to the Fish Camp and Ice Plant restaurants nearby. For those that don't mind a little longer walk you can also get to downtown in 15-20 minutes. Last but not least we spent time on the back patio enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. 5 stars all the way and we can't wait to visit again.

We had a fanatic stay for our 5 year anniversary trip. We fell in love in this city and we will definitely book this again! Early check in was available, the beds were comfy and decor and hot tub was perfect! Great location as well!

What an amazing place. By far, one of the best stays we've found on Airbnb. Although I'll admit, I was initially nervous the photos looked "too perfect" but rest assured, the place is exactly as pictured. The decor is fabulous, the patio area was such a peaceful space, we enjoyed it after walking all day doing all the touristy things St Augustine had to offer. Walking distance to downtown, or the Old Town Trolley stop is just a few houses down. Robert was a fabulous host and checked in to make sure all was going well. We absolutely will be back.

Old fashion was a perfect stay. Vibe is great! I could definitely live here!! Very clean. Big TV with comfy chairs and couch. The king bed is great with tons of pillows and natural light. Good water pressure, would only recommend a hand held shower head but that is my preference! The hot tub area is superb! Only 0.4 miles to King Street. Easy walk and I felt safe walking alone. The trolley pick up is right at the end of the street. Very convenient. Washer is a little loud but just wash while you are out. There is no blind on back door to the deck area but not a big deal. There are hot tub towels under the stairway and extra shower towels in the Master closet just in case you need extra. Bring sugar for the coffee bar otherwise it has everything else. It is a one way narrow street. Parking is tight. I drove a Camry and I parked sideways and it was fine. 2 cars might be more difficult. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. And the host was great! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Augustine! Arriving after dark, the soft lighting was already on making the home feel instantly warm and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout. The coffee station with syrups and to-go cups was such a treat, and the kitchen had everything we needed—even spices and oils. The big TVs in each room and comfy couch made relaxing easy after exploring. Outside felt like a private oasis with string lights, swaying palms, and a hot tub that made evenings magical. (There’s also a firepit we didn’t get to use, but it looked great!) The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to downtown where we took a golf cart tour to experience the incredible architecture and local restaurants. Our favorite was Prohibition Kitchen! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Augustine—we’d love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at The Old Fashion. The space was spotless and beautifully designed. The interior was truly superb and made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was perfect for soaking and relaxing after long days out. We really appreciated the coffee bar and the thoughtful starter snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. Every detail felt carefully considered and added to the comfort of our stay. The courtyard was one of our favorite features. The mesmerizing mural, cozy fire pit, and spa tub created an amazing, relaxing, and fun space that we used every day. Parking was a bit tight. We had to park across the two designated spots to avoid sticking out into the narrow one-way street. It was manageable but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Find us

Old Town Troll Stop 11 at the end of the street makes getting around town convenient! We are close to downtown, the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. We recommend flying into Jacksonville Airport. Once you are at the home, you can easily bike or walk to most attractions!
